COVID-19 Update (17/5/21)

Many of our courses are now back to running face to face in local venues. Social distancing is still required in our courses, but in line with government guidance face masks/coverings are now optional in our classrooms while seated and socially distanced. Please still wear a face mask/covering while arriving and moving around the building/classroom.

In-line with government guidance we are also asking all learners on our face to face courses to use a Covid-19 home testing kit to test themselves each week before coming to class. Get more information about this here.

Learn Telford is part of Telford & Wrekin Council and exists to provide high quality learning opportunities to the people living in the borough.

Our Mission

We aim to widen participation so that as many sections of the community as possible can experience the joy of learning and take advantage of the wider benefits that participation in learning brings, such as improved confidence, reduced social isolation, improved wellbeing, improved social cohesion and increased civic participation.

The service also aims to contribute to improving the skills and employment levels of the borough by supporting adults who are low-skilled, unemployed or otherwise distant from learning and employment to progress.
