This online wellbeing craft course will give you the opportunity to explore activities to practice the 5 ways to wellbeing by creating some floral crafts projects and experience how to connect with flowers and plants and understand their benefits for your health.

This online wellbeing course will give you the opportunity to relax your mind and learn how to create fun textile crafts and produce your own keepsake artwork from cherished fabrics or cloths and everyday items around the home. As part of this wellbeing course, you will also take part in other activities aimed at helping you to develop a better understanding of your mental health.

As part of practising wellbeing, you will learn about the therapeutic value of spending time away from the stresses of everyday life and enjoy spending some ‘me’ time, by doing something creative “little & often” on a craft project.
Learners with any special needs can discuss these with the tutor at enrolment to ensure that the course is suitable or can be adapted for their needs.
