Course overview

The course is intended for people with little or no basic cooking skills, to prepare easy recipes that you can do at home and learn about healthier eating.

At the end of the course, learners will have gained confidence in cooking and prepared some pastry dishes, soups and desserts, including making some Christmas favourites.

Learners with any special needs can discuss these with the tutor at enrolment to ensure that the course is suitable or can be adapted for their needs.

A crèche may be provided for this course, subject to demand. If you require a place for your child, please include your request when you register for this course.
