Course overview

This 5 week course is for parents and children who attend Donnington Wood Junior School.

Stuck for ideas on how to entertain the kids this summer holiday? This fun and entertaining 5 week course is packed full of 'Boredom Busting' ideas/activities for you and your child to do together over the holidays, without it costing a fortune.

During the course, we’ll be looking at lots of different ways to entertain and educate the kids over the summer holidays. We’ll be making something exciting each week when the children join the course, (such as a family reward chart, seed bombs, summer fun jars, freezer pop holders and super-soaker sponge balls!) and working together to create a compendium of different boredom busting ideas, so that the families can make the most of the holidays and have fun, without breaking the bank!

There will also be opportunity to find out what summer activities are going on in your area of the borough during the 6 weeks holidays.

There will be a free crèche provided subject to demand
