This course is for adults aimed at those wishing to improve their English language skills to help with day to day situations. Conversation practice, reading important documents and writing sentences will all be covered. This course is unaccredited.
No classes over school Half Term break and Christmas Break.

Learners must be aged 19 or over to be eligible for this course.

You will need to provide evidence of your income if you are employed and believe you are entitled to a free course. This could be a pay slip or contract of employment.
If you are employed, the course is part funded by the government and you will be required to make a contribution of £75. We also operate a fee remission policy, so if you earn more than £15,736.50 per year but still cannot afford to pay for course you can apply for support. This may mean you get the course for free. Please contact us if you would like to make an application.
Brookside Central has a large hall, a training room with computer access and other classrooms and meeting rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The building has a community run café which offers a range of hot and cold drinks as well as sandwiches and snacks. Opening times vary.
The building has a wheelchair accessible toilet and the centre has automatic doors and ramped access from the main car park. There is another smaller car park located at the back of the centre. Both car parks are free to use
