Course overview

Life changes can be unexpected and the aim of this course is designed to help you self-manage your stress and anxieties caused by changes in your life.

Singing is well known for reducing stress and unlocking a different way of expressing yourself. This course uses well known songs from the 70’s, 80’s & 90’s.

Looking at singing basics – useful transferable breathing techniques and voice projection – making your voice heard.


The sessions will allow you to practice new techniques and skills in a controlled and supportive environment.

You must attend the first session where you will be able to find out more detail about the course before you enrol.

As part of this wellbeing course, you will also take part in other activities aimed at helping you to develop a better understanding of your mental health. 



Eligibility criteria

The course will be free to adults aged 19 or over
