Course overview

This course is intended to provide you with a deeper understanding of how different foods could affect your moods. You will experience tasting some different foods and looking at its nutritional value, for example:

  • to help you increase energy levels
  • to help you relax and get a good night sleep
  • to give you that feel good factor
  • to feel and create calm
  • to help promote healing (IBS, Eczema, high blood pressure etc.)

The sessions will allow you to practice new techniques and skills in a controlled and supportive environment. Learners with any special needs can discuss these with the tutor at enrolment to ensure that the course is suitable or can be adapted for their needs.
