Course overview

This short course is intended to provide an opportunity to have a go at cooking for Christmas, including making some seasonal favourites, in an informal and friendly environment with an experienced tutor.

At the end of the course, learners will have gained confidence in cooking and preparing some Christmas favourites, like mince pies, sausage rolls, apple and mince strudels and traditional savoury pies. There will also be an opportunity to learn about vegetarian alternatives.

Learners with any special needs can discuss these with the tutor at enrolment to ensure that the course is suitable or can be adapted for their needs.

Please note: There is no class on the 28th November
