Course overview

Come along and join this free online wellbeing taster session under the guidance of an experienced tutor. No previous experience is needed.

The session will focus on how foods can affect your feelings and moods. You will learn about food that can help you feel happy, to help you to sleep better and to reduce tiredness.

You can join to watch the session or take part in discussions.

Please express your interest for this course by registering with a valid email address at least one day before the start of the session.

We will contact you before the session with a Microsoft Teams link to enable you to participate.

Please note that places on this session are limited and registering your interest does not guarantee a place.

 

Session details

An experienced tutor will host the session via Microsoft Teams.

When registering interest, please ensure that you use a valid email address as this is where the invite to join the online session will be sent.

Closer to the date for the start of the session, check your emails for a link to "Join Microsoft Team Meeting" and click this join a few minutes before the start time.

Places are limited and registering your interest and attending the information session does not guarantee a place on the course.

The course is free if you are an adult aged 19 or over

This course is offered as an online session.

You will need a laptop, smartphone or tablet and the Microsoft Teams app to join the session.

We offer a wide range of short taster courses you can try online and in community centres around Telford, and when you feel ready to take your learning further, we can offer you an opportunity to join an accredited course and help you gain a qualification.
