Course overview

This new wellbeing craft course will give you the opportunity to explore activities to practice the 5 ways to wellbeing by creating some floral crafts projects and experience how to connect with flowers and plants and understand their benefits for your health.

During the course you will be able to take part to produce some personalised craft gift items for your friends and family.

  • a happy memory paper flower
  • a decorated scented lavender box
  • Floral design gift tags

All materials will be provided on this course, but you will need to have a pen/pencil and some paper at the first session and the tutor will email you further instructions.

As part of this wellbeing course, you will also take part in other activities aimed at helping you to develop a better understanding of your mental health.

Learners with any special needs can discuss these with the tutor at enrolment to ensure that the course is suitable or can be adapted for their needs.

Places are limited and registering your interest and attending the information session does not guarantee a place on the course.
