Our new FREE Multiply Steps to Wellbeing course provides an opportunity to explore the green spaces of Dothill Local Nature Reserve, enjoying a leisurely 1-2 mile guided walk with our friendly tutors each week. As the course is part of our Multiply Skills for Life offer, we'll provide a FREE pedometer so you can count your steps along the way. At the end of the walk, enjoy FREE light refreshments with us at Admaston House Community Centre and an opportunity to reflect on the afternoon's activities and achievements.

ASIST is a 2 day workshop taking place on 16th & 17th May 2023 that teaches people how to support someone who is experiencing thoughts of suicide. The workshop deals with this subject in an appropriate way and will empower people to be confident and comfortable talking about suicide, asking people clearly and directly about suicide, and how to structure an intervention to help keep a person safe.
The workshop is internationally renowned and people who have completed it have saved many lives from suicide.
You must be able to attend on both days and for the whole time from 9.15am to 5pm. Buffet lunch is included.
