This accredited Level 1 Award is designed to support you develop your customer service skills. The course will support you whether you already work in a specific industry or if you are currently seeking employment.

You will learn the skills to help you deliver efficient and reliable customer service.

This new accredited course is intended for learners who have completed our Level 1 Award in Customer Service and want to continue their learning by progressing to a Level 2 Award.  The course would also be suitable if you have achieved a similar level 1 qualification or have relevant vocational experience.

The course will provide useful and relevant learning to help you develop your customer service skills and knowledge whether you already work in customer service or are currently seeking employment.

This accredited course is intended for women with a child that attends Shortwood Primary, who do not have English as a first language, and who already have some English writing, reading and speaking skills but not at an advanced level.

During this course you will develop a variety of experimental weaving craft skills and create beautifully decorated woven crafts, to give as gifts for special occasions or use as ornaments for your home. You will also learn some enterprise skills and contribute to an project to make and sell craft pieces.

During the course you will produce a portfolio of work towards the Level 1 Award in Life Living and Skills - Craft Pathway (AIM Qualifications). If you have already achieved the qualification from Open College Network West Midlands Level 1 Award in Craft Design or Craft and Enterprise you will not be eligible to join this course.
