This FREE course introduces you to completing online forms, which is often the method we need to use to access everyday services and make bookings.
This course is suitable for learners with a basic understanding of phones, tablets or computers. You will gain the skills and knowledge to confidently complete different types of online forms, including the all-important NHS app.

At the first session your tutor will ask you to complete an application (enrolment) form. Please bring a form of ID with you to the first session.
This course runs for two sessions . Please check you can attend every session before you register for the course.
Learners must be aged 19 or over from 1st August 2024
Unfortunately you will not be eligible to enrol on this course if you live in Wolverhampton, Walsall, Sandwell, Dudley, Solihull or Birmingham.
The course is FREE for those who are eligible to enrol on the course.
