Join this FREE short course and explore your artistic skills!

Experiment with various printing methods and techniques to create beautiful art prints, to use for designs on your own personalised hand-made gifts and greeting cards with gift tags for any festive or special occasion, taught in an informal and friendly environment with an experienced tutor.

You'll be able to:

  • experience using a range of different materials for printing
  • understand about using sustainable materials in making interesting art effects 
  • create interesting textures, repeat patterns and colours
  • understand how to use your prints to create decorated gifts like cards, gift tags, and framed art

This course is intended for beginners so no prior experience is needed.
All materials and equipment will be provided on this course.

Learners with any special needs can discuss these with the tutor at enrolment to ensure that the course is suitable or can be adapted for their needs.

At the first session, your tutor will offer more details about the course and offer you an opportunity to ask questions.
You will also be asked to complete an enrolment form.
Please bring a form of ID with you to the first session.

 

Eligibility criteria

Learners must be aged 19 or over from 1st August 2025.

Unfortunately you will not be eligible to enrol on this course if you live in Wolverhampton, Walsall, Sandwell, Dudley, Solihull or Birmingham.

The course is FREE for those who are eligible to enrol on the course.
