Our Functional Skills courses are delivered in community venues across Telford, with morning and afternoon sessions available during school term time.
Courses are available at a range of levels and can help you work towards a City & Guilds qualification in Functional Skills English, Functional Skills Maths, or English Skills Awards.
These courses are for adults aged 19+ who do not already hold a Level 2 qualification in English or Maths, or whose initial assessment shows they would benefit from developing their skills at a lower level.
At your first session, you'll complete a short assessment. Please bring a form of ID and any previous English or Maths qualifications. Based on your assessment results, we may recommend a different course level, day, or time to ensure you receive the support that's right for you.
