Our Customer Service courses, which are available at from an introductory level up to Level 2, can help you develop excellent communication skills, understand customer needs and deliver professional service in a variety of workplace settings.
For those interested in supporting and developing others, our Mentoring courses explore effective coaching, guidance and interpersonal skills that are valued across many sectors.
We also offer a short course with the opportunity to gain a recognised Food Safety in Catering Award at Level 2 for anyone considering work in catering, hospitality or food preparation, providing essential knowledge of food hygiene and safe working practices.
Alongside these, our Digital and ICT courses help to improve confidence with technology, covering everyday digital skills that are increasingly important for employment, further learning and daily life. Together, these courses provide a strong foundation for personal development and future career success.
